Lead Installer
Dallas joined our team in 2021 and serves as a Lead Installer. With a background in general construction, Dallas is a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in enhancing a home’s function and appearance. He finds great reward in helping customers improve their comfort and energy efficiency with replacement windows.
Lead Project Consultant
Dustin joined Window Depot in 2018 as a Project Consultant after first experiencing our services as a customer. He brings over 20 years of experience in customer service and sales management and has a knack for connecting with people – the staff jokes that he knows or has a connection to half of the population of Eastern Iowa. Dustin grew up in Central City, Iowa, and is known for his friendly, approachable style. Outside of work, he coaches youth baseball and football and enjoys golfing.
Lead Installer
Jake joined Window Depot in 2025 as a Lead Installer, bringing over 30 years of experience in the installation of windows, siding, and doors. Known for his precision and commitment to craftsmanship, Jake ensures every project is done right the first time. When he’s not on the job site, he enjoys relaxing at home with his black cat, Binks – named after the beloved Hocus Pocus character.
Office Manager
James joined our team in 2024 as Office Manager and brings more than 43 years of customer service experience to the role. Born and raised in Linn County, Iowa, James is a dedicated team member with a love for family, film, and music. He and his family have a green cheek conure parrot named Pepperz.
Installation/Service Manager
Jayden has been part of the Window Depot team since 2020 and currently serves as Installation/Service Manager. Having grown up in the construction industry, he brings a broad range of experience and a strong work ethic to the role. Jayden enjoys spending his free time outdoors, whether fishing on his boat, hunting, or playing slow-pitch softball. He also had two dogs, Ruby and Daisy.
Operations Manager
Jeanne joined our Window Depot team in 2015, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the home improvement industry. She earned the title of Operations Manager in 2018 and plays a vital role in ensuring every customer and team member has a positive experience. Jeanne believes that trust and honesty are the foundation for success. When she’s not keeping operations running smoothly, she enjoys camping and spending time with her three dogs – Ollie, Lilly, and Si.
Owner
Josh is the Owner of Window Depot and has been leading the team since 2014. A Monona, Iowa native and graduate of the University of Iowa, Josh brings a background in accounting and a hands-on leadership style that prioritizes communication and integrity. Under his guidance, Window Depot has grown into a trusted name in home improvement.
Marketing/Event Manager
Kayla became part of the Window Depot team in 2024 and brings creativity and enthusiasm to her role as Marketing/Event Manager. She brings creativity, energy, and a strong marketing background to the role. When she’s not out connecting with the community, Kayla enjoys spending time with family, thrifting, and trying out local favorites—BBops being her current go-to spot.
Lead Installer
With a strong background in construction, Marty became part of the Window Depot team in 2022 and serves as a Lead Installer, guiding his crew with a strong emphasis on communication and top-notch craftsmanship. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two boys, playing video games, and hanging out with his cat, Oberyn, named after a Game of Thrones character.

Matt has been a valued member of our installation team since 2019, bringing his expertise and leadership to the role of Lead Installer. With over 25 years of experience in general construction and remodeling, Matt brings a detail-focused mindset and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. In his free time, Matt enjoys riding motorcycles, spending time with his dog Teddy and cats Lemy and Mama’s, and dining at local favorites like Midnight Smoker.
Project Consultant
Melissa joined our Window Depot team in 2022 as a Project Consultant serving the Quad Cities. She brings a warm, energetic personality and a strong background in customer service. Melissa is a proud mom of a U.S. Marine and enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with her large pet family that includes two German Shepherds and four cats. She’s also an avid motorcyclist who loves making memories with her daughter and boyfriend.
Project Consultant
Patrick became part of the Window Depot team in 2024 as a Project Consultant. With a background in fundraising, Patrick brings a genuine, friendly approach to customer care and consultation and enjoys helping homeowners improve their spaces. In his downtime, Patrick loves camping, bowling, and spending time with his wife and their cockapoo, Ella.
Warehouse Manager
Scotty has been part of Window Depot since 2022 and serves as our Warehouse Manager. Known for his mechanical know-how and organizational skills, Scotty keeps our operations running efficiently behind the scenes. On his days off, he enjoys camping and visiting the race track.
Event Marketer
Trinity joined our team earlier this year as an Event Marketer and quickly became a friendly and familiar face in the community. With a passion for travel, music, and a good Netflix binge, she brings warmth and enthusiasm to every event. Trinity shares her home with two cats—Marley and Melvyn—and a bearded dragon named Monty. Her favorite local hangouts include Pizza World and Voodoo Ranger Brewery.
Event Marketer
Brooklyne recently joined our team and brings an energetic, upbeat vibe wherever she goes. Known for her love of music, a good show, and the great outdoors, she values quality time with family and friends above all else. Whether she’s out exploring nature or relaxing at home with her beloved dog, Goose, Brooklyne’s lively spirit and enthusiasm are truly contagious. You’ll definitely hear her before you see her—and you’ll be glad you did!
