Window Depot has been wonderful to work with. They replaced our garage roof last April and helped with fixing it after the derecho. They are now putting up new siding on the house to replace the siding damaged during the derecho. They have been easy to work with and the entire staff has been more than helpful. Matt did an amazing job with the installation of our windows. During the removal of the old windows and installation of the new, he would explain the process of what he was doing and why (our house was built in 1880). The new windows are a night and day difference compared to the old and they look fantastic!!

I had Matt B as our window installer. He was very professional and his attention to detail was top notch. One thing that that stood out was that Matt and the office did a great job communicating from selecting my windows all the way through the installation process. After installation the job site was cleaned and I even received a follow up call a couple days later to ensure that we were satisfied.

We just had a visit from Dustin Betzer, the delightful fellow that sold us our windows. He stopped by to confirm that we were happy with the purchase (WE ARE!) The installer, Ron, was pretty cool too and didn't make me feel as anxious about someone being at my house as I usually do. We still need to have a picture window replaced, but that's completely our fault because we haven't decided what kind to get, yet. I will definitely be doing that business with Dustin because this whole situation is making me feel like he could actually turn out to be a lifelong friend.

we called window depot at the end of July. Dustin Betzer came out and measured our sunroom wall of sliders, our family room sliders down stairs, and the window above our fireplace. we chose to replace all windows with triple pane glass. we were told the wait for the windows could be quite lengthy. However the windows came in about two months later. The installers ( Jayden, Billy, and Tj ) arrived last week to do the work. They were on time worked straight thru till the job was done. we can not tell you how happy we are with the new look! we have wanted to get new ones for quite some time. and we can't believe how fantastic they look. their crew was polite and very professional. And for the sliders down stairs their team noticed that there was a gap between the patio and the sliders. so they put a flange dow at the bottom. not in their job description but that just goes show how detail oriented they were. we just had to call for a minor adjustment on out screen door and they came today and about 20 minutes later, we truly couldn't ask for more. we did not sop around for hours and days for windows. we chose window depot and it was absolutely the right choice. I would not hesitate to give window depot my recommendation. there is a smudge on the upstairs sunroom window. I almost feel compelled to clean it.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Window Depot. Melissa, the salesperson, was not pushy at all (unlike other companies I came across). The price was also lower than some other quotes I had gotten previously. I personally had little to no knowledge about windows or window installs beforehand and was afraid of being taken advantage of. But Melissa was patient, honest, and fair with me which I really appreciated. I chose triple pane windows that made an immediate difference in the amount of warm air retained inside the house. I have no doubt the windows will have a huge impact on my heating bill. The window install team was also very good; these guys showed up a month earlier than expected and also got the job done in half the time. They were respectful and didn't complain when I forgot to shovel the backyard after a big snowstorm (they had to clear their own path to the windows). We had all of our windows replaced last year. We were so pleased with the service and products, when it came to have the house resided we called Jeanne McElroy. She and Josh Nehaus (the owner) came out to the house and gave us a quote to have siding, soffit, and fascia. Installation started at he end of October and when great except for the late October snow which put a minor hiccup in the process. The crew pushed thru and it looks great. Several people have complimented on how great the house. The best thing is the insulated siding has cut down on outside noise. The house is so much more quiet. On a side note he had torn down an old porch and awning before the install and the crew took all the metal and wood and disposed of of for us. This kind of service seems to be the norm rather than the exception at Window Depot USA of Eastern Iowa. Thanks again Josh, Jeanne, and crew.

I have used Window Depot twice now - all my windows AND the soffits and fascia. The work is excellent and the service people are high quality. I plan to use them again for gutters and a new front door. Great company.

Dustin worked with my insurance company for me and made the process so much easier than when I tried to work with them myself after the Derecho of 2020. Jay McKinney was the installer. He went above and beyond and even worked on Thanksgiving to make sure everything was completed before the cold temps set in. Jay also made sure everything was exactly and made sure all was spotless and clean before he left for the day. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the two of them. Very personable and hard working. I highly recommend both of them.

Windows took a month or two to come in which is expected with custom order windows over summer months. Work was completed in a single day for 4 difficult to work with windows. When I had an issue with a corner being loose they were back the same day I reported it to fix. Were very attentive and pleasant to work and communicate with. Prices were reasonable and product seems to be of much better quality than the builders grade windows they replaced.

Well.. i didnt think i was going to be leaving this review. After a very messy start with the install process with one crew from window depot, we were pretty unhappy. We had 16 windows in our house installed/replaced and all of them were a mess, took two weeks and no cleanup was done. I called the office and spoke with jeannie who assured me that the windows in the photos i sent were going to be fixed and done the right way. I wasnt so sure..and then..Jayden Goos and his crew came out. They went through and redid what was already done and finished the job in two days! Jayden was apologetic and friendly. He was fun and personable yet professional! And the windows looked great and made us feel much better about the investment we just made. I was very impressed! Next time i need them, i will ask for jayden specifically. Thanks jayden for caring about what you do and taking the time to do it correctly!!

Window Depot offers high energy efficient windows at a very competitive price. We replaced over 10 windows in our home in the Quad Cities with triple pane vinyl windows. The owner, Josh, and team member, Melissa, came to do our initial measurements and answered all of my questions. Incredibly detailed, friendly, and patient. Everytime I called or texted, Jeanne answered my questions within that business day. Window Depot not only remembered when we were moving in to our renovation home, but made sure they had the windows installed before our move in date! Our installers were Kyle and Marty, and they had all our windows replaced within two days. They look great and function well. They also did a terrific job of cleaning up any old (potentially lead) paint chips from the old windows. I spoke with Marty and he showed us how to operate and wash our windows. My fiancé spoke with Kyle at an earlier point and remarked how pleasant of a conversation it was. Providing a good product at a good value gets you jobs, but being friendly, attentive, and thorough gets you return customers. We would strongly recommend Window Depot to anyone in the Quad Cities looking for replacement windows!

We used Window Depot for a large project to repair Derecho damage in my brother-in-law’s house. New siding, new roof, soffits, fascia, a window and storm doors, and new gutters and downspouts. Josh and Jayden did excellent work. They were punctual and professional. Brandon did amazing work on an entry door that was a total mess and he basically rebuilt the frame to make it look better than it ever did. We really appreciate these guys and the job they did at transforming the outside of my brother-in-law’s home.

They had no problem removing the old windows and making sure that they looked great from the outside as well as inside.

It took several months for our windows to come in but they are SO worth the wait! Once they got them they came out and got them installed right away! The installation was very quick and easy! They helped educate us thru the entire process as this was our first time replacing any windows! The staff was awesome! Answering any and all of our questions! So helpful and kind! We used to have MAJOR drafting with our old windows and our new ones dont have any! Its overwhelming to see and feel the difference our new windows make! Before I decided on some new windows from Windows Depot, I did some internet research on what to look for and what to avoid when getting replacement windows. I also got a couple bids from other companies. I found Window Depot to have some of the best measurable window ratings, quality, and features available in replacement windows. All of this at a great value. Jeanne did a great job answering questions, while not being high pressured. Ron did a great job installing all the windows. So in the end picking Window Depot was an easy choice. Quality windows installed by local guys at a fair price. Would use them again for future window needs. Thanks guys!

We recently had some windows replaced in our home. Jayden, Billy, and TJ worked non-stop to get the job done. My husband and I were treated with respect and friendliness. They were careful not to leave a mess or damage any of our property. If we had any questions, they were answered. We had no problems with them. We are pleased with the windows. Already our home is quieter and warmer. Keep in mind that some window treatments will probably need to be changed. We weren't really expecting that, but it wasn't a problem with most of the windows. Dustin helped us plan it all out and explained the process and the pros and cons of different styles of windows. He tried to get us the best price he could. We enjoyed meeting him. Janine and Jeanne were helpful and pleasant to deal with. They forgave me for not recognizing they were two different people and that I got their names mixed up. We had a great experience with Window Depot and Zeke when they replaced all of our windows. Our new windows look and work great, we couldn’t be happier with the quality. We are very happy we went with the triple pane windows. We’re looking forward to seeing the difference next winter with these windows as our old ones were very drafty. The windows came in very quickly and were installed a month earlier than we expected. The crew did a good job on the installation and clean up.

Our installer Matt B.did an excellent job installing our new windows in an older house built in 1900.. Even though one was measured wrong by the measuring guy and we had to wait to get that window, he came back very professional, he did a good job, and cleaned up. We were very pleased.

Josh & the crew helped us out greatly when we came into a tight bind with water damage in our home originating from a damaged/failed deck door. We already had the measurements completed as our plan was to replace the door next spring, so when we contacted them, they were able to order the door quickly. Installation went smoothly and they worked non stop from start to finish. The team is knowledgeable, friendly and the door is solid and great quality. We are relieved to have the issues fixed and thrilled to have a new beautiful sliding door. No more drafts coming in! We look forward to working with them in the future to replace the remaining windows in our home!

We had all the windows (23) replaced in our home and are very pleased with the improvement. The old name brand windows were in terrible condition and don't hold a candle to the new ones from Window Depot. There is no outside noise, and the grids inside and tilting make cleaning so much easier! We had a couple issues that came up with the products during install, and they were taken care of very easily. Our installer, Ron, was wonderful! Josh was great to work with and cares about the customers. I hope to use them in the future to match our patio doors to our new windows.

I have only the best things to say about Josh and the rest of his team. Our insurance company told us we did not have that much damage after a recent hail storm. We contacted Window Depot USA of Eastern Iowa, and Josh and his team responded very quickly. They came and performed their own assessment and found significant hail damage. They coordinated with our insurance company, and set an appointment for everyone to come back at the same time for an additional inspection. During this meeting, the insurance company ultimately agreed that the roof needed replaced, as well as a portion of the gutters. Josh was adamant about writing a fair quote and working with the insurance company to ensure we received quality shingles, felt, etc. When it came time to do the work, the crew was prompt, professional, friendly, and got it finished in one day! Josh and/or a foreman came back frequently during the day to check up on progress. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend Josh and his team. They made getting a new roof and dealing with the insurance company a breeze!

I have used Window Depot a few times to replace windows in my older home. They do a beautiful job. This last time I had them replace 7 windows. Zeke and Doug were on time, were very friendly, helpful and professional, and they completed the job in one day. The windows look amazing. It has been a long road to get to this point since the Derecho. I have had a lot of contractors come in and promise the world and deliver garbage and leave me with more work. Window depot broke that streak. It starts with Dustin. He was with me every step of the way. I had countless issues with my insurance company and he graciously would come to be a voice for me and my home to help me get what I needed to get done. I always felt that I was being heard and Dustin was always straight forward regarding the wait time for inventory to come in. Last week my insurance approved windows and door was installed. I had Jaden and Earl as my installers. Poor Jaden got the full blast of anxiety hurled right at him when he got to my place. After the last 2 years of BS (with other contractors) I was worried something would go wrong. He noticed my concern immediately and assured me he had it taken care of. Not only did Earl and Jaden do a great job, Jaden made sure to walk me thru each area after install and answer questions I had. These last 2 years have been a challenge. I would like to let anyone know that the ppl I worked with a window Depot helped make things easier when most other did the opposite. Installer was incredible. Don't know how Ron did such a great job and so fast! Windows are nice, a little smaller viewing area than I expected but the attractive frames and handles made up for it. Jeanne was a great sales person and definitely cares about making sure the end result is a happy customer. I had her cell phone number and she was always available for questions. I would recommend Window Depot.

Overall I have been very happy with the quality of the windows and the service. The employees are very polite and helpful. The only thing I was not completely happy with was the lack of communication for long periods of time. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I have nothing but good things to say about Marty, Kyle, TJ , and Jeanne from Window Depot. They were fabulous to work with. Jeanne made scheduling a breeze, always responded to texts and calls, and guided me through installation day. Marty and Kyle were great technicians and were so respectful of my property and yard. They cleaned up after their work and took time to make sure the job was done right. They also were amazingly patient with their apprentice TJ, teaching him in a hands on manner that got him involved in every step. He was eager to learn and was jumping up to do the tasks he had mastered. Window Depot I can’t thank you enough, I love my new windows!!

Window Depot USA of Eastern Iowa did a great job replacing the windows in a property in Milan, IL that our organization Neighborhood Housing Services is rehabilitating. Jeanne and Josh were fabulous to work with, and their crew was fast and professional. The installation and window quality exceeded our expectations.

We worked with Jeanne. What a fantastic experience dealing with her, very customer friendly and not pushy at all. Had 7 windows installed a couple of weeks ago. Crew was great. Cleaned up everything couldn't even tell that they were there, except for the new windows. Thanks Jeanne and window depot!

I recently had a new window installed in my kitchen replacing a very old pully system window. Dustin was great with helping on the ordering. Jayden, Billy, and T.J were extremely efficient and amazing at the install. I will definitely be reaching out to Dustin for my next window project and requesting the same install group!

Better prices than Pella, and more options too. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Location is kinda shady but it's because they typically come out to your place to handle things (and of course on-line).

I replaced a very large patio door last summer, and a kitchen window this spring with the triple pane door/window. Zeke helped me out and install was fast both times (Ron did great by himself with the giant patio door). I could already tell the difference last winter in the lack of cold air seeping in thru the new door. If you need a new window/patio door, definitely give Window Depot a call. Graham

Great friendly team to work with…awesome communication overall. I was quoted 9mo wait time and they had my custom windows made and installed in 5mo. David was amazing to work with during installation…very polite and quick worker! Due to my budget, I didn’t replace all windows in my home this time around…but I do plan to reach out to this same team for the remaining windows I need in the future! Such a smooth experience and I highly recommend to all. 😁

Starting with April and Jeanie in office setting us up with Dustin, Project Consultant, and ending with Jaiden, (Jaiden's Dad), and Beanie who did the install. My husband had tragic accident and was unable to finish the siding, facia and sofit on our garage and Jayden and Josh stepped in when we needed them the most to get it done for us by sending an amazing crew to finish up the job so we could focus on my husband's recovery. Window Depot replaced our siding after the derecho in Cedar Rapids, IA. They provided quality siding and expert installation. Jaydon and Dallas were very considerate of our property and helpful with any questions we had. The siding and installation really improved the overall look of our home. We are very satisfied with the whole project.

Dustin was my sales man he was absolutely amazing. Never once did I feel taken advantage and I truly felt like he was there to help me improve my home and not just try to sell me something. He also knew that I didn’t need a long presentation to make my descion he told me the important things and kept it moving right along. He knew the audience he was selling too which made it easy to make the descion. The window was installed perfectly and I’m beyond happy with the results!

The workers did not speak or understand english but we survived and the job completed in record time. (sided our home). Windows were put in by the end of that week. This is a review for Window Depot and Josh Neuhaus, the person we worked with on this project. We needed to replace the windows for our multi-family property. We called a few local companies, and narrowed the decision down to two companies. We eventually decided to go with Josh and Window Depot, and we ended up very happy with the decision. Josh probably met with us 3-4 times before any work was done. He patiently and professionally answered all our questions, brought window samples, explained the benefits and guarantees, etc. We definitely appreciated this from Josh, since we were making a large investment to replace over 100 windows and we wanted to make certain that we were making the right decision. Unfortunately, we had a fire at the property and had to replace one of the windows right away. Josh suggested that he replace the window as a test to see how the finished window would look. That was a very savvy suggestion, as we were pleased with how the window looked at completion. After that, we decided to go with Josh and Window Depot. By the time we were ready to move forward with installing the new windows, we were still at the tail end of winter (February). We stayed in close contact with Josh, and had to change the installation timeframe. We were able to compromise on a time, and thankfully the weather cooperated. The truly great part was that Josh’s crews were able to complete the entire job in 1 week; we were expecting the installation to take 2 weeks. For such a quick turnaround, the installation was done very well, and we were very happy with the final result. The tenants were also very happy to see the new windows installed, and we received many compliments about the new windows and how quickly and professionally the windows were being installed. There was no mess after the installation, and Josh’s crews hauled the old windows away. No muss, no fuss. So we undoubtedly would definitely recommend Josh and Window Depot in the future. They did an excellent job at our property, and were very easy to work with. We’d be remiss if we didn’t also mention Jeanne, the Operations Manager. She was also very helpful and wonderful to work with throughout this process. Overall a very professional, pleasant and cooperative experience that ended with an excellent product installed on our property.

Sales representative was professional and knowledgeable of the product and let the quality of the product along with the companies reputation do the work of selling the windows and doors. He did not put down the competition in any way. This was refreshing as a competitor did put down the Window Depot which I found annoying. The installation crew was professional and friendly. The crew picked up after they were done and answered all my questions. Overall I found Window Depot staff and installation crew very pleasant and professional. The windows and doors are of high quality. Window Depot stands behind their products and have ensured any questions and concerns I had were handled quickly.

Josh and his team at Window Depot were amazing! I called Josh about some possible storm damage and he was at our place working a couple days to check our windows out. Not only did he help us see that there was damage he explained the damage to us. He took the time to help us understand the needs. When it came time to install his team was fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and helped make sure I had all my questions answered. I would absolutely recommend and use this group again!

Love our new windows and storm doors! Dallas and his team were professional and respectful. We had our newborn home and Dallas asked if she would be OK with the noise, I said yes, and she was. They cleaned up after they were done. It is soo much more quite in our house when the wind picks up now and soo much brighter. We had a window that slide a bit when we opened, called Window Depot, and they came out and fixed it. Would highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest, but for a little more you get a better window and piece of mind.

josh and his crew did a great job on a 9 window instillation, they removed all the old windows and hauled the old ones away, the windows are good quality and the instillation was also good quality.

Great customer service and great install for our beautiful new Bay Window.

Our home was damaged in the derecho; roof, soffit, fascia, and some other items. Our insurance initially didn't approve replacing almost anything. We were having difficulty getting contractors to work with us because insurance hadn't approved larger repairs. that was until Window Depot came and assessed our roof and other damage. They worked with our insurance to get a lot more approved and gave us reasonable quotes for fixing all of it together. we thought it would take a while to get the work completed as we only finalized in March. The roof was fully replaced and all the soffit/fascia were installed already in April. Everything looks better than it did before and would definitely use them again for roofing, siding, or windows in the future
