Job Description
Window Depot USA of Eastern Iowa is a home improvement contractor specializing in
replacement windows, patio and entry doors, and vinyl siding. We are currently looking
for an Installation Helper/Laborer to assist in the installation of these products. This is
an entry-level position with room to grow based on performance.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
-Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check and be drug-free.
-Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
-Must be dependable and have a positive attitude.
-Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
This is a full-time YEAR ROUND hourly position. Working late and weekends may be
necessary on occasion.

experienced replacement window and door installer to join our team. This is a great
opportunity for a strong second who wants to enhance his skills and train to become a
crew leader. This is a full-time employee position – we are not looking for
subcontractors.
Job Description
The installer will be working in a 2 or 3 person team under the direction of a lead. The
candidate should have some carpentry skills, should be proficiently skilled at caulking, is
able to do basic trim around windows and doors, and has an eye for quality.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- 1+ years of window installation experience
- Pride in workmanship

Lead Window Installer to join our team. This is a great opportunity to join a stable,

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide top quality, professional replacement window installations
- Guide and manage one or more installation helpers
- Maintain great relationships with customers during the installation.
- Communicate with the homeowner throughout the project
- Properly fill out post-installation paperwork upon completion.

- Communicate with the homeowner regarding project installation questions

- Highest level of customer service when performing service calls
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
