Understanding Window Condensation

Condensation is caused by excess humidity in the home and appears on the coldest area of a wall. That is why condensation usually appears on windows. The warmer the air, the more moisture it will retain, therefore when the air comes in contact with the colder glass, the air is cooled and moisture is released on the glass.

We had all the windows (23) replaced in our home and are very pleased with the improvement. They were responsive, answered my questions, got the job (single window replacement) done quickly and were communicative throughout the process. I give them four stars because I originally slated the job for last year and it took eight months to get the window in place due to supply chain issues.
