Window Depot installed 7 Triple Pane Windows in my home. The quality of the windows are great and price was better than others we had quoted. Dustin, the consultant, was great and explained functions and options on our project. Install was fast and the installers cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Window Depot.

This was the second time I have used Window Depot of Eastern Iowa. I used them after the Derecho to replace my roof and they did an awesome job in a very timely manner. This time I used them to replace hail damage on my house and garage. Siding, windows, roof on the garage (new roof on house did not receive any damage!), soffits, gutters, and fascia. It was quite an extensive list of damages and they took care of it all! Josh is awesome to work with and very responsive. The three windows they replaced look great and I could tell they made a huge difference this year, as they are the west-facing windows. Huge shout out to Dallas and his crew for the windows and Nelson and his crew for the siding. Everything was taken care of, cleaned up, and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any of your window and housing updates you need!

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Window Depot. Melissa, the salesperson, was not pushy at all (unlike other companies I came across). The price was also lower than some other quotes I had gotten previously. I personally had little to no knowledge about windows or window installs beforehand and was afraid of being taken advantage of. But Melissa was patient, honest, and fair with me which I really appreciated. I chose triple pane windows that made an immediate difference in the amount of warm air retained inside the house. I have no doubt the windows will have a huge impact on my heating bill. The window install team was also very good; these guys showed up a month earlier than expected and also got the job done in half the time. They were respectful and didn't complain when I forgot to shovel the backyard after a big snowstorm (they had to clear their own path to the windows). They did an impeccable job and the windows look beautiful. I'm really satisfied with the entire team and would recommend them to anyone looking to get new windows installed! Thank you Window Depot!

My husband had tragic accident and was unable to finish the siding, facia and sofit on our garage and Jayden and Josh stepped in when we needed them the most to get it done for us by sending an amazing crew to finish up the job so we could focus on my husband's recovery. Company's usually don't go above and beyond like this anymore and I can't thank Josh and Jayden and Window Depot enough for all that you have done for our family and we can't wait to contact your company for future work. Companies like yours that helps people in their most desperate and needy times can't be measured. I can't speak highly enough about you guys and your compassion for other people. We recently had some windows replaced in our home. Jayden, Billy, and TJ worked non-stop to get the job done. My husband and I were treated with respect and friendliness. They were careful not to leave a mess or damage any of our property. If we had any questions, they were answered. We had no problems with them. We are pleased with the windows. Already our home is quieter and warmer. Keep in mind that some window treatments will probably need to be changed. We weren't really expecting that, but it wasn't a problem with most of the windows. Dustin helped us plan it all out and explained the process and the pros and cons of different styles of windows. He tried to get us the best price he could. We enjoyed meeting him. Janine and Jeanne were helpful and pleasant to deal with. They forgave me for not recognizing they were two different people and that I got their names mixed up. Any call or email was responded to in a very timely manner. They made the process run smoothly. I would recommend Window Depot USA of Eastern Iowa to my friends. We had a good experience.
