Their installers do good work. It’s everyone else there that lack customer service. Schedulers don’t return calls. Sometimes they lie and say they did (forgetting people with cell phones have caller ID). I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks just to get scheduled for service to look at why my brand new window won’t close all the way and latch. DO BETTER!

Last week, Zeke and Doug replaced all of my windows in my home! They did a fantastic job, I am so happy with the work they did! They were always on time and very professional. Well.. i didnt think i was going to be leaving this review. After a very messy start with the install process with one crew from window depot, we were pretty unhappy. We had 16 windows in our house installed/replaced and all of them were a mess, took two weeks and no cleanup was done. I called the office and spoke with jeannie who assured me that the windows in the photos i sent were going to be fixed and done the right way. I wasnt so sure..and then..Jayden Goos and his crew came out. They went through and redid what was already done and finished the job in two days! Jayden was apologetic and friendly. He was fun and personable yet professional! And the windows looked great and made us feel much better about the investment we just made. I was very impressed! Next time i need them, i will ask for jayden specifically. Thanks jayden for caring about what you do and taking the time to do it correctly!!

We had all of our windows replaced last year. We were so pleased with the service and products, when it came to have the house resided we called Jeanne McElroy. She and Josh Nehaus (the owner) came out to the house and gave us a quote to have siding, soffit, and fascia. Installation started at he end of October and when great except for the late October snow which put a minor hiccup in the process. The crew pushed thru and it looks great. Several people have complimented on how great the house. The best thing is the insulated siding has cut down on outside noise. The house is so much more quiet. On a side note he had torn down an old porch and awning before the install and the crew took all the metal and wood and disposed of of for us. This kind of service seems to be the norm rather than the exception at Window Depot USA of Eastern Iowa. Thanks again Josh, Jeanne, and crew.

Dustin was professional and curious. From ordering to finish was 2 months. Work was excellent with only one minor problem. The workers did not speak or understand english but we survived and the job completed in record time. (sided our home). Windows were put in by the end of that week. Fast, Professional and Great Quality. Highly recommend this company.

Dustin was my sales man he was absolutely amazing. Never once did I feel taken advantage and I truly felt like he was there to help me improve my home and not just try to sell me something. He also knew that I didn’t need a long presentation to make my descion he told me the important things and kept it moving right along. He knew the audience he was selling too which made it easy to make the descion. The window was installed perfectly and I’m beyond happy with the results!

Replaced nine windows. Everyone was friendly and professional during the whole process. The install team (Jayden, Billy, and T.J.) did a good job sealing things up and answering a few questions during the process.

Matt did an amazing job with the installation of our windows. During the removal of the old windows and installation of the new, he would explain the process of what he was doing and why (our house was built in 1880). The new windows are a night and day difference compared to the old and they look fantastic!!

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Window Depot. Melissa, the salesperson, was not pushy at all (unlike other companies I came across). The price was also lower than some other quotes I had gotten previously. I personally had little to no knowledge about windows or window installs beforehand and was afraid of being taken advantage of. But Melissa was patient, honest, and fair with me which I really appreciated. I chose triple pane windows that made an immediate difference in the amount of warm air retained inside the house. I have no doubt the windows will have a huge impact on my heating bill. The window install team was also very good; these guys showed up a month earlier than expected and also got the job done in half the time. They were respectful and didn't complain when I forgot to shovel the backyard after a big snowstorm (they had to clear their own path to the windows). They did an impeccable job and the windows look beautiful. I'm really satisfied with the entire team and would recommend them to anyone looking to get new windows installed! Thank you Window Depot!

Scheduling was very slow but the installer that was assigned to us once we were scheduled was very hard working, polite and professional. Our windows look great and Matt B did an outstanding job.

Dustin worked with my insurance company for me and made the process so much easier than when I tried to work with them myself after the Derecho of 2020. Jay McKinney was the installer. He went above and beyond and even worked on Thanksgiving to make sure everything was completed before the cold temps set in. Jay also made sure everything was exactly and made sure all was spotless and clean before he left for the day. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the two of them. Very personable and hard working. I highly recommend both of them.

Window Depot offers high energy efficient windows at a very competitive price. We replaced over 10 windows in our home in the Quad Cities with triple pane vinyl windows. The owner, Josh, and team member, Melissa, came to do our initial measurements and answered all of my questions. Incredibly detailed, friendly, and patient. Everytime I called or texted, Jeanne answered my questions within that business day. Window Depot not only remembered when we were moving in to our renovation home, but made sure they had the windows installed before our move in date! Our installers were Kyle and Marty, and they had all our windows replaced within two days. They look great and function well. They also did a terrific job of cleaning up any old (potentially lead) paint chips from the old windows. I spoke with Marty and he showed us how to operate and wash our windows. My fiancé spoke with Kyle at an earlier point and remarked how pleasant of a conversation it was. Providing a good product at a good value gets you jobs, but being friendly, attentive, and thorough gets you return customers. We would strongly recommend Window Depot to anyone in the Quad Cities looking for replacement windows!

These guys were one of the first people to respond to me after the derecho. They replaced all my windows, siding, and a door. They always got back to me and they are very pleasant. The crews are very very nice as well. They even helped me out after the amazing December wind storm we had this year. I like shopping local and these guys are the real deal. I will be doing all my future business with these guys as well.

Zeke and Doug were the best window dudes. They were friendly, efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. They did such a great job with the windows I had to replace, I've asked them to come back and do the remaining windows to match.

I replaced a very large patio door last summer, and a kitchen window this spring with the triple pane door/window. Zeke helped me out and install was fast both times (Ron did great by himself with the giant patio door). I could already tell the difference last winter in the lack of cold air seeping in thru the new door. If you need a new window/patio door, definitely give Window Depot a call. Graham

Window Depot has been wonderful to work with. They replaced our garage roof last April and helped with fixing it after the derecho. They are now putting up new siding on the house to replace the siding damaged during the derecho. They have been easy to work with and the entire staff has been more than helpful. They did a fantastic job. The installer took care during the installation and answered our questions. Was a little worried that the windows would be a problem since my house is over 100 years old. They had no problem removing the old windows and making sure that they looked great from the outside as well as inside.

My husband had tragic accident and was unable to finish the siding, facia and sofit on our garage and Jayden and Josh stepped in when we needed them the most to get it done for us by sending an amazing crew to finish up the job so we could focus on my husband's recovery. Company's usually don't go above and beyond like this anymore and I can't thank Josh and Jayden and Window Depot enough for all that you have done for our family and we can't wait to contact your company for future work. Thoroughly professional and remarkably quick installation! Great looking windows, and they got rid of the drafty feeling that we would feel in winters of years past. We had a few issues with the windows themselves, which Window Depot fixed as soon as we notified them. Window Depot is a definite recommend!

Installer was incredible. Don't know how Ron did such a great job and so fast! Windows are nice, a little smaller viewing area than I expected but the attractive frames and handles made up for it. Jeanne was a great sales person and definitely cares about making sure the end result is a happy customer. I had her cell phone number and she was always available for questions. Jayden & Casey did a fantastic job replacing my 9 windows & sliding glass door. They were very professional, explained everything about my new door & windows. They cleaned up after all the work they did and even put up with my crazy cats & dog trying to get their attention some times. I can already see & feel a big difference since they installed everything. No more drafts. They were reasonable priced compared to some of the other extremely high quotes I got. I would recommend working with Window Depot to anyone.

I have only the best things to say about Josh and the rest of his team. Our insurance company told us we did not have that much damage after a recent hail storm. We contacted Window Depot USA of Eastern Iowa, and Josh and his team responded very quickly. They came and performed their own assessment and found significant hail damage. They coordinated with our insurance company, and set an appointment for everyone to come back at the same time for an additional inspection. During this meeting, the insurance company ultimately agreed that the roof needed replaced, as well as a portion of the gutters. Josh was adamant about writing a fair quote and working with the insurance company to ensure we received quality shingles, felt, etc. When it came time to do the work, the crew was prompt, professional, friendly, and got it finished in one day! Josh and/or a foreman came back frequently during the day to check up on progress. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend Josh and his team. They made getting a new roof and dealing with the insurance company a breeze!

We used Window Depot for a large project to repair Derecho damage in my brother-in-law’s house. New siding, new roof, soffits, fascia, a window and storm doors, and new gutters and downspouts. Josh and Jayden did excellent work. They were punctual and professional. Brandon did amazing work on an entry door that was a total mess and he basically rebuilt the frame to make it look better than it ever did. We really appreciate these guys and the job they did at transforming the outside of my brother-in-law’s home.

Marty and Kyle are great installers. They are very detail oriented and efficient at their job. The 8 foot sliding door is well built. I am very pleased with the outcome. Looks like it was always there.
