Matt and Payton did amazing. Even though my old widows weren’t in right and messed up some things to get in there way the made sure to do it right no matter what was in the way. Even came back on Saturday to finish up so he can move on on Monday

Out of 3 bids, Window Depot have an excellent product for the best price. Dallas and Jeremy, tops in their craft, they were efficient perfectionist. There was minimal interruption to our daily routine. They left everything as it was found, cleaned all areas they were in, and all the work was shown and described as to what was completed. The windows are, as described earlier, excellent. Looking forward to the last few to be done!! As for now, we enjoy a much quieter home:)

I was very pleased with my initial consultation and no pressure approach. Pat was very helpful and answered all my questions and was willing to work within my budget. Scheduling for my project was amazing and the office was quick to respond and answered all my questions. The work crew was on time and completed a quick and easy install. Project was completed ahead of schedule and all old material was completely removed. There was a slight miscommunication between both parties but window depot was happy to resolve the issues. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with my new windows and doors.

Dallas Lewis and his crew installed new vinyl windows in our living room and kitchen. Despite the cold weather on the day of installation, the temp in our living room only dropped about 4 degrees because they put up a temporary vinyl wall that blocked the wind and cold. There was very little insulation in the windows they removed, but Dallas and Jeremy insulated with foam in three places in each window so we have good wind resistance now. We also hear very little road noise any more. This is our second job with Window Depot and our second installation with Dallas. We could not be more pleased with the results.

Matt and Payton installed two new exterior doors in our 1875 farm house. Some challenges were exposed during the installation, but were all corrected to our approval. We would recommend them for our future projects.

We had four doors installed and the work was excellent. It is nice to have doors that look great and secure firmly. We have a 3 story limestone building built in the 1850's, that was in desperate need of over 40 windows, and a door. We spoke with 3 window companies, an important factor being that they had contractors available. We chose Window Depot based on price, product options, and comfortability with our salesman Pat. Communication was fabulous, and all our questions were addressed and answered quickly. We were pleasantly surprised that our windows were ready for install just a few weeks after the final sign-off. Our install team was Matt and John, with some help from Matt's son. Cold days of Iowa in December did not deter them. They were fabulous guys and kept us in the loop at all times. We have renters that work crazy hours, and they went above and beyond to jump around and accommodate those schedules. We expected more issues to arrive in such an old building, but any that did were tackled by Matt and John. If you go with Window Depot, and are lucky enough to get Matt and John, you're in good hands!

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience that we had with Window Depot when we decided to replace all of the windows in our home. Our sales rep Dustin was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He earned our trust as we learned about the products, services and pricing. We never felt pressured to make an immediate decision. He answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly. We knew that we had a partner in the process, instead of a typical sales guy! A few months after the installation my husband was cleaning the windows over a weekend and had an issue with one of them not closing (turned out to be operator error), but Dallas came to the rescue. He took time out of his weekend to come over. Solved the issue immediately and gave my husband another tutorial. So a big shout out to Dallas!! We had I think 9 windows installed by Window Depot over a year ago. One kitchen window lock broke, emailed Dustin and a few days later it was replaced. Recently, (November 2025) had another issue closing the same kitchen window. Jayden came out and looked at the issue. Did a small fix and helped guide me on how to properly close newer windows, compared to old wood windows. Problem fixed and education received. Jayden was also out a previous time to adjust several windows our first winter with them. Jayden has been super professional, very friendly, instructive and helpful. Nothing but positive things to say about our experiences with Window Depot.

Matt and John replaced 4 windows in our old farm house. Two were picture windows and are absolutely beautiful. They did a super job and gave us a thorough education on how to operate them. We are very happy with the windows and the installers.

Window Depot did my replacement windows back in 2018 and I hired them again in 2024 to replace my siding, gutters, and fascia. They are fantastic! They measured the door to be a perfect fit! Now that it's in, we've already noticed the sound and heat levels are much lower than they used to be. The screen door is amazing too! It's great to be able to have a functioning screen door. Best part is how fluid and easy it is to open and close this door - such marvelous construction thanks to their supplier, ProVia. Could I have had this done for cheaper? Probably. But would it be anywhere near this quality and experience? Most assuredly, no. I will be hoping to do some windows soon enough too!Thanks again!

What a wonderful experience! I purchased my home after the derecho knowing I had some work to do. The front door/doorframe just kept getting worse as time went on.I reached out to Window Depot and heard back very promptly to have someone come out and give me a quote. Dustin was incredibly helpful helping me order a front door and storm door that were energy efficient as well as good looking.The doors took a few weeks to get in because they were custom made but communication was great from start to finish. Jeanne reached out to me and we were able to complete the job yesterday! So happy with the work these guys did. I will for sure be contacting them for future repairs if needed.

The product is excellent. The install team of Kyle, Marty and Michael were fantastic. They were professional, responsive, quickly answered our questions, were friendly, excellent craftsmen, and cleanup up everything. If there was an issue, they addressed it right away.

Had a great experience start to finish with window depot. They made it very easy to communicate, and were proactive with communication, which I really appreciate as a busy professional. I thought they were very clear with contract details, who would be doing the installation (window specific crew, not general contractors), when it would happen, what it would look like, and what if any discounts we were eligible for. We got multiple quotes, and window depot was right in the middle for cost, but had the best reviews and was willing to provide references.Only the installation side of things, very pleased with Kyle, Marty, and Michael's work. They were extremely respectful of the property, including my overgrown but well-loved garden. I was really worried that my plants would get trampled, but my gosh those guys were exceptionally careful where they put their ladders or stepped. They cleaned up all the debris. I usually have to point out all details missed with the finishing work, but uh, they had an impeccable eye and clean, clean, lines. Looks gorgeous. No regrets. Money well spent. Love the prairie look!

Everyone I interacted with at Windows Depot was amazing and were able to answer all my questions. Their prices were amazing as well as I had other estimates done and this was half the price. I had windows installed May 1st by Matt and John. They did an excellent job on the install, were easy to talk to and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished with the windows. I wish I would have put new windows in the house much sooner. My living room window was clouded over and I was not able to see out of it, but now I can see the whole neighbourhood crystal clear. Thank you guys again for all your hard work! I would choose Window Depot again for any future projects I have.

Dallas and Zach did a great job installing 11 windows in my home. They were efficient, polite and skilled. The office crew of Jeanne, Jeannine, Honor and sales rep Melissa were also great to deal with. I collected 8 bids before deciding to hire Window Depot. They were in the sweet spot where price and quality meet. There was a defect in one screen and one sash, but they promised to replace both as soon as the replacements arrive. Glad to deal with a local company and an exclusively Windows-only installation team who are employees...not sub-contracted. One suggestion to the owners: the signage on the building and nearby is very misleading. It's difficult to find the office entrance. There should be a sign directing you straight down and around the corner. There is zero signage on the side of the building that needs it. I drove around for 10 minutes trying to drop off my down payment. Customers should not have to search to find you and additional signage is a simple solution. I have mentioned this to every employee I dealt with. I don't want that to color my review negatively, but it needs to be mentioned. The ProVia windows appear to be very good quality with good features. Dallas did have to adjust several of the latches because they were tight, but a screwdriver did the trick. All in all, a positive experience with Window Depot!. My friend will receive a $100 referral check too, so it's a win-win for him too.

We purchased five windows which were triple pane windows. They completely shut out all train noise That we’ve dealt with for over 10 years. Also got a new roof from them a couple years back they did an amazing job. I highly recommend these guys.

Window Depot is a superb company to work with. We had a window installed and a low or no maintenance deck. Marty, Kyle, and Michael came in cold weather & warm spring weather. They put in a full days work throughout their process. We had a screen enclosure on our old deck. They took it apart, labeled every piece, & put it back again better than the original once the new deck was complete. They did a couple of extras to keep me from getting on a stool @ my age. We were informed every step of the way as to what they were doing & also the next steps of their procedure that will follow. They answered all questions quickly & in a way I can understand. I highly recommend Window Depot. The people, their workmanship, & their product are excellent.

Window Depot installed 7 Triple Pane Windows in my home. The quality of the windows are great and price was better than others we had quoted. Dustin, the consultant, was great and explained functions and options on our project. Install was fast and the installers cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Window Depot.

This was the second time I have used Window Depot of Eastern Iowa. I used them after the Derecho to replace my roof and they did an awesome job in a very timely manner. This time I used them to replace hail damage on my house and garage. Siding, windows, roof on the garage (new roof on house did not receive any damage!), soffits, gutters, and fascia. It was quite an extensive list of damages and they took care of it all! Josh is awesome to work with and very responsive. The three windows they replaced look great and I could tell they made a huge difference this year, as they are the west-facing windows. Huge shout out to Dallas and his crew for the windows and Nelson and his crew for the siding. Everything was taken care of, cleaned up, and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any of your window and housing updates you need!

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Window Depot. Melissa, the salesperson, was not pushy at all (unlike other companies I came across). The price was also lower than some other quotes I had gotten previously. I personally had little to no knowledge about windows or window installs beforehand and was afraid of being taken advantage of. But Melissa was patient, honest, and fair with me which I really appreciated. I chose triple pane windows that made an immediate difference in the amount of warm air retained inside the house. I have no doubt the windows will have a huge impact on my heating bill. The window install team was also very good; these guys showed up a month earlier than expected and also got the job done in half the time. They were respectful and didn't complain when I forgot to shovel the backyard after a big snowstorm (they had to clear their own path to the windows). They did an impeccable job and the windows look beautiful. I'm really satisfied with the entire team and would recommend them to anyone looking to get new windows installed! Thank you Window Depot!

We recently had some windows replaced in our home. Jayden, Billy, and TJ worked non-stop to get the job done. My husband and I were treated with respect and friendliness. They were careful not to leave a mess or damage any of our property. If we had any questions, they were answered. We had no problems with them. We are pleased with the windows. Already our home is quieter and warmer. Keep in mind that some window treatments will probably need to be changed. We weren't really expecting that, but it wasn't a problem with most of the windows. Dustin helped us plan it all out and explained the process and the pros and cons of different styles of windows. He tried to get us the best price he could. We enjoyed meeting him. Janine and Jeanne were helpful and pleasant to deal with. They forgave me for not recognizing they were two different people and that I got their names mixed up. Any call or email was responded to in a very timely manner. They made the process run smoothly. I would recommend Window Depot USA of Eastern Iowa to my friends. We had a good experience.

I recently had a new window installed in my kitchen replacing a very old pully system window. Dustin was great with helping on the ordering. we called window depot at the end of July. Dustin Betzer came out and measured our sunroom wall of sliders, our family room sliders down stairs, and the window above our fireplace. we chose to replace all windows with triple pane glass. we were told the wait for the windows could be quite lengthy. However the windows came in about two months later. The installers ( Jayden, Billy, and Tj ) arrived last week to do the work. They were on time worked straight thru till the job was done. we can not tell you how happy we are with the new look! we have wanted to get new ones for quite some time. and we can't believe how fantastic they look. their crew was polite and very professional. And for the sliders down stairs their team noticed that there was a gap between the patio and the sliders. so they put a flange dow at the bottom. not in their job description but that just goes show how detail oriented they were. we just had to call for a minor adjustment on out screen door and they came today and about 20 minutes later, we truly couldn't ask for more. we did not sop around for hours and days for windows. we chose window depot and it was absolutely the right choice. I would not hesitate to give window depot my recommendation. there is a smudge on the upstairs sunroom window. I almost feel compelled to clean it.

Love our new windows and storm doors! Dallas and his team were professional and respectful. We had our newborn home and Dallas asked if she would be OK with the noise, I said yes, and she was. They cleaned up after they were done. It is soo much more quite in our house when the wind picks up now and soo much brighter. We had a window that slide a bit when we opened, called Window Depot, and they came out and fixed it. Would highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest, but for a little more you get a better window and piece of mind.
